Sydney wins the National Championship!

Team Viper wins the National Championship in Dallas and then followed that up this week with a win in Orlando at Disneyworld!! PROUD DAD!

Spent 2 days in February photographing George W.Bush! Once in Monterey and back here in SA. He even came over to me and said good to see ya again and shook my hand. Observant man and very smart!

I have had the privelage to work and photograph pro golfer and Hall of Famer Raymond Floyd for 25 years. I have really enjoyed walking the fairways all around United States with him and seeing one of the best players to ever play the game. He is winding down his career and just announced that at Augusta this month. Fun Times Raymond !

Hitting the road !

Well the schedule is in and I hit the road to Pebble Beach,CA.(this will be my office) on the 7th of Feb. for 8 days and then on to West Palm Beach,FL. for a Ray Floyd event.

2010

Well, 2009 was a bit of a challenge for me and my family to say the least. First and foremost my kids and are healthy and they are the best thing a dad can ask for. They are doing exceptional in school and Payton my 14 year old seems to be the next photographer in the family for sure and has more talent than I ever had !! Sydney my 9 year old is the active jock I suppose and never stops moving, She will be starting basketball in January and is the most loving kid you will ever know. Mulan my dog is turning 13 next year and is the most loyal of all labs(she is my shadow).

We just moved over the holidays into our new home and i'm loving it and am looking forward to a new year! Hope all of you are well and we will see you in 2010 !

Alonso shows up at Bali Hai in Vegas and I finished shooting a job and was at the clubhouse and his group(one being Dwayne Wade) was a no show. He asked if I would play and what else could I do but play. Fun Day ! Thanks Zo !

If you have never done this you should. Head to an art gallery and grab a seat and take in the art. I went over to Joan Groana Gallery and took it in. It has a great calming effect on the mind ! Then if you like the art you can support your local artist and purchase it. One of my favorite things to do on a rainy day !

Well, for those who don't know First Friday at the Blue Star Arts Complex where I office at has a lot to offer as far as live music,art,friends and beers. Old Big Air !

Went riding with Corey my Bro in Law out at Buffalo Valley MX and looked down at the watch and we rode for 4 hours with out a hitch. Except the next day I had a little hitch in my giddy up! Yes, this is me doing what I love!!!

Spent the last few days in NY with Hall of Famer Ray Floyd, doing an outings at National Golf Links and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and his home. Here we are doing what we do best. JUST RELAXING AND TELLING BAD JOKES TO EACH OTHER !!!

WE HAVE A PROBLEM HERE !

Received an assignment down by Eagle Pass to do some aerial photos of a fracture job and some rigs for a company doing exploratory work for some of that black gold(oil). Always lots of fun and a little unnerving to hang out of a helicopter to get a good angle. I met my pilot close by and he was a unique character(old, leathery, cow rustling type of cowboy). Well half way thru the shoot the copter starts to shake and I mean SHAKE. Well that's followed by and OH NO (from the pilot)! Which was followed by a WHAT from me and my hands together to say a Prayer. Long story short ....I had a dream the night before regarding this problem that ended badly. Well i'm glad to say the closer we got to the ground, I figured I would survive this ! Just wanted to give a Shout Out to the pilot. Who had to trailer that copter out of there and for me I walked back to my car wondering what could have been.
